As I'm going through a career change, temping suits me well at the moment. Harris Hill was able to quickly find me an interesting role related to my background in the charity sector, in Covent Garden - a great place to work! It has worked out perfectly as I've been able to balance studying part-time with my working hours.

I registered with a lot of agencies but Harris Hill were the only agency to keep in regular contact with me, and offer me any regular temp work. The consultants are helpful, and I have found Zoe and Ryan particularly good at keeping me abreast of any new jobs that come in. Plus they remember who I am, unlike many agencies, Harris Hill have the personal touch.

The key thing that stands out for me during my engagements with Harris Hill is 'respect' for the client, temp, jobseeker, etc. I feel more 'valued' by the way my Harris Hill Account Manager and other Consultants communicate with me, unlike the other agencies who made me feel like I am a burden to them and somehow worthless. It was very easy to identify this difference. I do respect the fact that the recruitment agencies are profit making entities; however, treating clients in a respectable way is a key business ethics. It is possible that there are other excellent recruitment agencies out there, but from my experience with five of them, Harris Hill is 'head above shoulders'. I hope I would be able to say this in few months time'.

I'm so pleased I registered with Harris Hill as a temp, the staff are always so friendly and helpful and the website is really easy to use with everything you need to know right there. Harris Hill have great relationships with their clients so you can be sure to land interesting and diverse temporary roles and now I have a permanent job with the Charity I was temping with.

I re-gained my faith in recruitment agencies after joining Harris Hill. Unlike other agencies Harris Hill seem to have many vacancies of jobs available from senior level to entry level. They tell you about a particular post and ask you whether you would be interested in taking it up. This is important.

Harris Hill staff are very friendly and honest - they provide you with detailed information relating to a booking so that when you attend and interview you are well prepared. They also offered me interview tips which I have found very helpful and which contributed to me getting my current temporary booking.

I was also impressed by the fact that Harris Hill count a wide range of national, international and well known/leading charities as their customers - this has meant that I have had the opportunity to work within organisations that I have always wanted to work for and which match my previous work experience and interests. It shows that they have a good reputation.

I have been particularly impressed by the personal service they provide, within few days of registering on-line I was contacted by one of their recruitment consultants. I also found their in office registration thorough - this allows the consultants to match you with the kind of jobs you want and allows you to also get experience in other areas.

I have been most impressed with Harris Hill. Harris Hill was recommended to me by a friend who found that they were very efficient in finding her a temporary job with a well known international children's charity.

They have wonderful connections with all the key charities and within two days Elinor had found me a position in a renowned International Development NGO. Harris Hill is the best temping agency I have ever been registered to. I signed up with them, and the next day they found me a temporary position after temporary position.
