The Parkinson's Disease Society's relationship with Harris Hill commenced in October 2008, when we embarked on a recruitment campaign for our Director of Fundraising vacancy. As this is a crucial role for the Society, it was essential that we were working in partnership with the right organisation which would bring to us candidates of the calibre we were expecting.
We therefore invited 3 carefully chosen search & selection agencies to tender for this process, including Harris Hill. It was immediately clear to the tender panel that, through their ways of working and the expertise of their senior consultants, Harris Hill could offer us a choice of candidates of the calibre we needed, and that they were genuine in their desire to help us.
