During my period as Secretary General of the European Council on Refugees and Exiles (ECRE), I worked with the Executive Division of Harris Hill, who were commissioned to assist us recruit my replacement.
Although ECRE is a Brussels based network organisation, Harris Hill cast a Europe wide net, and provided us with a list of excellent candidates, from the UK and further afield.
