Along with their knowledge of the sector Harris Hill's expertise for our organisation lies in recruiting Middle Management, Officer level posts as well as Administrative roles. We have personally found that Harris Hill are always very honest when working on the jobs we give them and they have also invested the time and effort in grasping a true understanding of our organisation and it's requirements. My relationship with Harris Hill is one I'm very pleased to have inherited when I joined Samaritans 18 months ago and one I was very keen to continue and develop.

The level of service Harris Hill provides us with is excellent; they are by far our favoured recruitment agency and have an excellent understanding of our organisation. They undoubtedly have the highest success rate in placing candidates with us, particularly at a specialist or senior level.

Having dealt with many recruitment agencies and recruitment consultants over the years I would personally recommend the services of Anton Packheiser and Alexandra Kurn who are extremely good at what they do and lovely to work with.

As a department we get bombarded with calls from recruitment agencies however Harris Hill seem to have a different ethos to all the agencies I've worked with in the past, they do not have a high pressure sales approach are much more consultative which works extremely well.

Harris Hill are always the first recruitment agency we contact when we have a new vacancy and I would highly recommend them.

The Parkinson's Disease Society's relationship wtih Harris Hill commenced in October 2008, when we embarked on a recruitment campaign for our Director of Fundraising vacancy. As this is a crucial role for the Society, it was essential that we were working in partnership with the right organisation which would bring to us candidates of the calibre we were expecting.

We therefore invited 3 carefully chosen search & selection agencies to tender for this process, including Harris Hill. It was immediately clear to the tender panel that, through their ways of working and the expertise of their senior consultants Nicola and Ali, Harris Hill could offer us a choice of candidates of the calibre we needed, and that they were genuine in their desire to help us. Our ultimate criterion for a successful partnership was that we would, within a specific (and tight) timescale and having seen an appropriate range of applicants, have in post a Director who would lead this critical aspect of our organisation. By working closely with us and in a way that felt like they were part of our organisation rather than an external consultancy, Harris Hill achieved this for us. At all times during the process they worked with us in a professional and effective way, even when our timescales placed them under pressure to deliver.

As a result of that successful recruitment campaign, we have continued our relationship with Harris Hill in other roles, the most recent being Head of Commissioning Support where again they delivered to what we know are their consistently high standards. We look forward to working with them in the future and I recommend them highly as an extremely effective and reliable organisation for senior level search and selection.

Harris Hill has been of great help in 2009 in finding and introducing candidates to CR-UK. We have placed several candidates from them this year. The agency seems to have a good understanding of the type of talented people we try to recruit and are also quick to turnaround the process for us whilst at the same time providing us with good customer service.

I have been using the services of Harris Hill ever since I joined the BHF 2.5 years ago and they were working with us prior to my commencement too. My role here was to build an in-house recruitment department, reduce our agency dependency and synchronise the agencies we do use. As such one of my first priorities was to build a small group of sole suppliers and I met with many agencies before selecting Harris Hill.

Since that point I have been working closely with Siobhan Flude as our Account Manager and I would say we have built up a good relationship. Having worked on the other side of the fence as a recruitment consultant myself I know there are plenty of unethical companies out there just trying to make a quick buck. I have always been happy with Harris Hill's professionalism, both to me as the client but also to our applicants (and believe me I have asked a few) but to me you buy in to people not a company.

Siobhan is professional, operates with integrity and gets the job done. I know she will always be honest about her ability to meet our requirements and even when our needs are outside of her normal business parameter's she will often come up trumps. If ever I have any concerns about applicants I know I can voice these freely and likewise know that Siobhan would raise any concerns she had to me.

Ultimately Siobhan knows our business and its needs and is able to source, in a relatively short timeframe, high calibre applicants for very specific and hard to fill roles.
