Our Approach

Account Management

We understand that, in order for us to provide consistency in service delivery and an in-depth understanding of your needs, you need us to fully understand your organisation, operations, culture and values and the different roles that you have in your organisation. To that end, each of our clients is appointed an experienced and knowledgeable consultant to manage their business.

Briefing and Preparation

For each new requirement, you will speak to your Consultant - either on the phone or in person - in order for them to gain a thorough understanding of the role and person specification. This conversation is also an opportunity to agree a clear timeframe and process, and for pay and charge rates to be discussed and agreed.

Database Search

We will conduct a thorough search of our candidate database, seeking candidates with the skills, experience and availability that you require. Key to our temporary selection process is the availability of our temporary workforce and so we regularly communicate with our temporary staff to make sure we are up to date with their circumstances. All candidates on our database have key skills allocated to them which indicate the areas of work they are experienced in and the type of work they are seeking.

Advertising and Social Media

Harris Hill invests a significant amount of money every year on advertising, social media, web and mobile presence, SEO and Research and is the largest advertiser of charity jobs within the UK sector. Our approach is all encompassing and we work closely with different media groups in order to initiate new ways of attracting the best candidates.

Candidate Assessment and Shortlist

Once suitable candidates have been contacted to discuss the role, a robust shortlist will be prepared for your evaluation. Only those with whom we have carried out preliminary interviews, have been assessed against the person specification and are interested in the position will be put forward for your consideration.

Appointment and Aftercare

Once your temporary or interim worker has been selected, we will manage the reference, payroll and administration process.

The success of our placements and the relationships that we develop with our clients and candidates are very important to us, and for this reason we offer support and assistance to both parties throughout each placement.
