Legacy Officer

We are working on behalf of an animal charity who are seeking to employ a Legacy Officer on a one month basis.

The position holder will need to:

-          Have attention to detail
-          Have experience in filing, scanning, database entry, photocopying
-          Have experience of financial record-keeping e.g. batching cheques and recording legacy income
-          Have experience of drafting letters and other correspondence
-          Be first point of contact for legacy enquiries
-          Deal with Solicitors, donors and other stakeholders
-          Have a Can-do and sensitive attitude
-          Have excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
