Direct Marketing Officer

We are working alongside a health charity who are seeking to employ a Direct Marketing Officer to join their small team on a temporary basis
Key responsibilities in this role:
-To help deliver the Direct Marketing programme in order to increase net income, the donor base and lifetime value.
-To work closely with the rest of the team on the development and implementation of the annual business plan, the tactical delivery of the acquisition and retention programme and setting performance measures.
-To work closely with teams to identify and prioritise appropriate target audiences and ensure that supporter journeys are developed and integrated across the Directorate.
-To implement a range of acquisition, retention and conversion campaigns to key audiences, including channel integration where appropriate, ensuring that campaigns are effectively managed on schedule and on budget.

To apply for this position it would be desirable for you to meet the following criteria:
-Educated to degree level and/or can consistently demonstrate degree level outcomes
-Experience of delivering successful acquisition, retention or conversion direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels
-Experience of working with data, segmentation and campaign analysis
-Experience of delivering excellent results within agreed budgets and on schedule
