Global Reward Manager

Harris Hill is proud to partner with WaterAid supporting their recruitment for a Global Reward Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established International Charity based in their Head Office in Vauxhall.

The Global Reward Manager will lead on a global approach to rewards and benefits driving employee engagement and attraction. The Global Reward Manager will develop innovative approaches for employee benefits in line with WaterAid's key values.

In a stand alone position, the Global Reward Manager will offer advice to CEO's in the UK, USA, Australasia and Africa regions and will secure and manage relationships with external providers while guiding the annual salary review and benchmarking process.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in rewards and benefits within an International environment with experience at both an operational and strategic level. Experience of managing large scale change projects and ability to explain specialist technical areas to key personnel is essential.

WaterAid has an International focus where the vision and goal is to ensure everyone has safe water, sanitation and hygiene. WaterAid works with partners in civil society, government and the private sector to transform lives and build skills of local people to deliver affordable, sustainable services.
