HR System Advisor

Are you an HR professional with extensive analytical and reporting experience? Are you experienced in using Cascade HRIS System? This leading charity is seeking an HR System's Advisor on a permanent basis.

This is a new and exciting opportunity for a HR System Advisor to join their small team where you will develop and maintain their Cascade HR and Management reports. Based in a leafy part of South London this role offers excellent benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as first point of contact with Cascade and be known as the HR system expert.
System administration activities such as system maintenance, managing user access, maintaining pay scales and developing workflows
Troubleshooting of issues escalating them where appropriate.
Provide system training to HR users, home managers and staff.
Utilising data to provide insights into people trends and translating into meaningful reports.

The ideal candidate:

Previous experience of developing and maintaining a HR database, a cascade HR user is desirable.
Extensive analytical and reporting experience.
Experience of using social media and cloud based software for employee surveys and communication tools.
An advanced Excel and Word user.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to build relationships with various stakeholders within the organisation.
