Interim Director of Finance and Operations

Interim Director of Finance and Operations circa £50k pa  
We are currently working with a fast growing  internationally focused charity to help secure an Interim Director of Finance and Operations to be based in the London office.
Ideal candidates will have:-
- three years + experience within a finance management function
- relevant accountancy qualifications
- experience of working within a UK based charity
- experience of managing volunteers and staff
Key responsibilities will include
- updating the systems and making sure the best practises are being followed.
- monitor complex budgets and keep a tight grip on all expenditure and income.
- also take responsibility for the HR systems.
- you will be expected to draft HR policy and keep up to date with best practice.
- supervising the preparation of payroll.
In summary the role is diverse and duties will straddle various departments including Finance, Personnel, Administration and IT.
