Senior Commuity and Events Fundraising Officer

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Community and Events Fundraising Officer to develop and strategically deliver the events and community fundraising programme to engage supports and raise much needed income.  
 
Key responsibilities will include:
-Lead on strategic development for plans and budgets to maximise income from events and community fundraising
-Analyse the existing events and develop new strategies to increase supporter numbers and engagement
-Ensure a robust stewardship programme to maximises income and develops strong relationships
-Review the supporter care process and work closely with colleagues to maximise opportunities for supporters organisational wide  
 
In order to apply for this position, you should have the following skills and experience:
-Previous experience of devising and delivering event and community fundraising strategic plans
-Excellent project management and organisational skills
-Experience managing a marketing and communication strategy
-Ability to work to targets
-Budget management experience
-Ability to prioritise workloads
-Be enthusiastic, innovative and driven to help this charity make an even bigger impact
