Community Fundraising Assistant

Harris Hill are excited to be working with a known medical research charity who are looking to recruit a Community Fundraising Assistant. They are looking for a friendly, proactive individual to join their buzzing existing team.
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
To be the first point of contact for supporters. Engaging, encouraging and supporting them during their experience.
Ensure all information about supporters up to date on the database
Involvement in team planning, helping the community fundraising team to achieve continuing excellence through monitoring and evaluation
Assist with communications and marketing for community fundraising
Being passionate about the cause and encouraging supporters to continue fundraising
Key requirements
In order to apply you should have the following:
Experience of working within a fundraising environment
The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
Demonstrable experience of excellent customer/supporter care through verbal and written communications skills.
A willingness to interact and build relationships with our supporters.
An enthusiastic and flexible approach; experience working with and supporting the surrounding team, and contributing to the wider organisation
Excellent interpersonal skills; experience of working well with internal and external stakeholders
