Corporate Partnerships Manager

Harris Hill are pleased to be working with a hands-on social welfare organisation to recruit a Corporate Partnerships Manager.

With the ability to shape the corporate fundraising strategy this role will focus on enhancing existing corporate support and establishing new fruitful partnerships in order to achieve long-term ambitious but achievable fundraising objectives.

Key responsibilities include;
+ With your Senior Manager, develop the corporate fundraising strategy in line with wider organisational strategy
+ Identify and cultivate relationships with corporates with strategic alliances to our programmes and objectives
+ Develop a stewardship plan for new partners, including tailored proposals and funding propositions.
+ Work to and achieve against financial and strategic annual targets

The ideal candidate will:
+ Have experience of working in a not-for-profit or charity environment with a good understanding of corporate fundraising including COTY and strategic partnerships
+ Understanding of the legal sector preferred
+ Be self-motivated and drive to achieve against agreed targets
+ Have excellent relationship management, communication and negotiation skills
+ Be able to think creatively and with good project management skills
