Lead Account Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to work working with a leading UK cancer charity to recruit a Lead Account Manager to head up their Corporate Account Management Team. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships you will influence the strategic direction of existing partnerships and manage your team to deliver against agreed objectives.

Please note this is a maternity cover contract for 12 months.

Key responsibilities include;
+ Devising a corporate partnerships strategy for existing partners
+ Creating activity plans to effectively to deliver against a 7-figure target.
+ Managing the account management team to maximise income from existing partners, including Gift Aid.
+ Developing relationships with key partner stakeholders, including attending regular meetings
+ Fostering relationships throughout both internally and externally to maximise partnerships

The successful candidate will:
+ Have significant corporate fundraising experience and knowledge of mechanisms including, payroll giving, CRM, GIK and sponsorship
+ Have a track record of delivering against targets in previous 6-figure+ corporate partnerships
+ Have line management experience
+ Be experienced in writing proposals, delivering presentations and pitches
+ Be an effective relationship builder and a persuasive negotiator
