Senior New Partnerships Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to working with a leading homelessness charity to recruit a Senior Partnerships Manager. Sitting within the growing Corporate Fundraising team, this role is essential to ensuring income growth through generation of innovative multi-year partnerships in line with the Corporate Fundraising strategy.
 
Key Responsibilities will include;
- Identifying and securing income from new and existing corporate partners in line with strategy.
- Achieving and exceeding agreed team and individual targets through delivery of 6-figure partnerships.
- Creating, developing and presenting proposals and pitches for face to face and telephone interactions including networking events.
- Supporting the development of strategic partnerships across the fundraising portfolio, including Sponsorship, COTY and various other means as necessary.
- Line management of 2 team members
 
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience of;
- Successful corporate fundraising and experience of winning multi-layered, significant corporate partnerships
- Bringing a creative and forward-thinking approach to create opportunities and overcome obstacles
- Achieving against targets, recognises business development opportunities and pro-actively pursues them.
- Maintaining a customer-focus at all times to understand their needs and motivations and achieve mutual benefits.
