Project Manager- Re-engagement strategy
Contract up to June 2017.

An opportunity has arisen, to work with an pioneering blood cancer charity, to project manage the delivery of the re-engagement communication strategy to develop and establish compelling and innovative communications and stewardship programmes for supporters.

This role will utilise your communications and project management capabilities, specifically across direct marketing, digital marketing and data insight.


Key responsibilities:

Strategies & Plans
-Working within a defined framework, develop communication plans and testing matrices for on and off-line communications.

Project Management
-Manage the delivery of re-engagement communications. Act as the project owner and ensure that all relevant aspects of the strategy are delivered and all key stakeholders are kept up to date.
-Generate briefs, produce schedules, gather content and elements, liaising with relevant internal teams and external suppliers ensuring materials are high quality and delivered to budget and on time.

Evaluation & Reporting
-Work with the Supporter Insight team and work with audience stewards to ensure the right KPIs are in place to measure the effectiveness of all supporter engagement activities.


Person attributes:

-Significant experience of direct marketing and project management
-Significant experience of digital marketing campaigns and metrics
-Good understanding of a supporter journey planning
-Experience in applying data analysis and segmentation techniques to improve the impact of communications
-Strong analytical skills with experience in setting performance indicators and tracking activities
-Extensive influencing skills with the ability to lead diverse teams to achieve agreed goals and to drive change without direct authority
-Significant experience of innovation or new product development in a direct marketing business or charity
-Demonstrable experience and cutting edge understanding of new media technologies such as online, social media and mobile and their application to building supporter loyalty and value
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
