Supporter Relations Officer

I'm currently looking for a short term Supporter Relations Officer to support the Fundraising and Supporter Relations department in a large Christian charity based in central London. This position will  provide excellent donor care to individuals and churches and general administrative support to the team.  
 
The ideal candidate is available immediately, has experience with CRM systems and must be a practising Christian.  
 
The main responsibilities of the role will include:  
Donor Care
Gift processing - checking data, thanking, correspondence
Campaign response handling
Responding to supporter enquiries
Data entry
Maintenance of database records
General office duties

 
Churches
Gift acknowledgments
Updating church representatives' records - telephone calls, correspondence, data entry
Campaign response handling
Updating and printing fliers for speaking engagements
Researching (online) and identifying new churches for speaking engagements

Other
Collating and summarising survey results
Assist with administration for supporter events
Update individuals' records as part of database segmentation project

 
Providing support for:
All activities and projects within the Fundraising and Supporter Relations Team

 
Qualifications and experience:  
Essential
Excellent administration skills
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on initiative and as part of a team
Experience in customer service
Experience of using CRM/donor database
