Membership Growth - Data and Impact Coordinator

I'm looking for a Membership Growth, Data and Impact Coordinator for an exciting four-month role in the UK's largest membership organisation for young people.
 
Purpose of role:
To use data and insight to provide support, advice and guidance around the development of quality local plans for membership growth.
To develop and embed processes to measure and benchmark the impact of growth plans and projects - which in turn will highlight what works, where we need to develop our understanding more as well as opportunities for growing and strengthening guiding.
To work collaboratively with staff and volunteers in the Countries and Regions as well as with colleagues from across the charity to develop and collate membership growth insight.

Main areas of responsibility:
Embedding, analysing and presenting insight and impact
Work with staff and volunteers to analyse and present data and insight from various sources in an accessible and engaging way.
Provide reports to senior managers and lead volunteers as directed.
Think creatively and problem solve - identifying opportunities to widen understanding of opportunities or overcome challenges to grow our membership.
Develop processes to measure and benchmark the impact of growth projects/plans.
Ensure all data is collected and managed in line with data protection standards.
To be responsible for managing small project budgets and to support the team with financial processes - including budgeting, forecasting and monitoring.

Support, advice and guidance
Provide a tailored package of support, advice and guidance against the needs of Countries and Regions - enabling the development, implementation and evaluation of local growth and retention strategies and action plans - whilst balancing this with a need for a consistent and coordinated approach.
Work in partnership with colleagues and volunteers to develop high quality tools, support and guidance which enable and empower others to use data and insight to take action to grow and strengthen guiding.

Collaborative working
Embed collaborative working between internal and external stakeholders around the development and collation of insight to drive membership growth.
Keeping up to date information on membership growth and retention work in our Countries and Regions to share great ideas, enable networking and highlight opportunities for collaborative working.
To help facilitate the sharing of data, insight and best practice across Countries and Regions using a variety of different methods e.g. events, face-to-face meetings, networks, conference calls, digital platforms etc.
