Office Administration and Project Support

My client, a fantastic charity which helps disabled children participate in sport, is looking for an all-round administrator to provide general office support as well as to projects and events which the charity is running.  
This role is initially on a temp basis but the charity are looking for someone who would be interested in a long term post.  
This charity runs many fundraising events throughout the year. This role will assist in the project management of these activities - including annual events such as the: Virgin Money London Marathon, Great North Run, Ride London 100, Berlin Marathon, Royal Parks Half Marathon, London Landmarks Half, The Big Half and other events etc.  
Inputting and processing of data from various campaigns
Production of fundraising packs and other material
Updating and maintaining databases of enquiries/supporters
Must have good IT skills/knowledge  including word, excel, fast and accurate typing skills
Must have good office experience. Good communication skills and and able to deal with enquiries by telephone, email and face to face in a confident, efficient and pleasant manner.
Chase donors for any outstanding funds/donations.
Processing of Gift Aid from donors
Provide reports on progress of events and campaigns

This role will work alongside 3 or 4 other staff members but report directly to the Chief Executive.    
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence.   02078207312
