My client, an independent school based near Finchley Road is looking for an all-round administrator for an immediately starting temporary role.
The main duties of the role will include:
Compliance: Manage and monitor all of the key compliance procedures in accordance with legal requirements and the Schools policies, processes and procedures manage and undertake the following:
Pupil Records: Maintain and update pupil records and databases, collate council funding forms and records and obtain, collate and publish pupil assessment dates at regular intervals for the Head and Teachers of Assessment preparation classes.
Payroll Administration: Ensure that all salary and expenses are properly authorised and processed in accordance with the SAGE process and deal with queries arising. Ensure that payments are credited into the appropriate pension scheme and membership service is properly recorded. Ensure that processes are in place to record absence and produce monthly reports summarising the position for the Head and Deputy Head.  
Procurement: Ensure that purchase requests are properly authorised and undertake all purchasing responsibilities for the School, following the Schools policies, processes and procedures. Establish a process that ensures that once ordered goods delivers they are received and included on the School inventory.   
Invoicing: Process all none admissions related invoices in accordance with the Schools policies processes and procedures.   
School Travel Plan (STP): In liaison with the Headmistress and the STP survey providers to ensure that all activities related to the STP are followed through and recorded in accordance with the requirements of Camden Council and Transport for London and the Schools policies processes and procedures.
