Fundraising Manager

Harris Hill are seeking a Fundraising Manager on behalf of a national charity that supports the physical and mental health of the Anglican clergy. The organisation work closely with the clergy and their families to encourage well being and allow them to carry out there ministry free from stress and physical illness.

Based in London this role is responsible for leading a new fundraising initiative and working closely with regional ambassadors and a volunteer network to increase income across multiple streams.

Key responsibilities
- To lead the new national fundraising initiative 'Thank Your Vicar Week' using email, website and social media in close liaison with with the CEO and communications manager
- To oversee the development of the network of Ambassadors across the country and plan and coordinate events
- To develop communications with current and past supporters, particularly individuals, parishes, schools and trust donors
- To prepare compelling donor communications, including fundraising and information materials, newsletters, website and social media updates

Experience & skills
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills to facilitate strong relationships with a wide range of people
- Experience of organising donor recruitment and stewardship events
- Ability to write compelling proposals to deadlines
- Ability to communicate the goals of the charity to key audiences, in writing and in person
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
