Senior Services Marketing Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for a strong Senior Services Marketing Manager role with a fantastic charity based in London. The senior role has responsibility for taking the lead in delivering effective work across the communications spectrum to promote my client"s digital, helpline advice and support services

Key Responsibilities will include:

Lead on the development and implementation of a Services Marketing programme of work in line with Services business priorities

Develop and deliver one-off and ongoing marketing campaigns to support different elements of Services, focusing on B2B and B2C audiences as appropriate, with an emphasis on commissioner engagement in the case of the former

Report on the overall performance of Services marketing against agreed national and regional KPIs

Oversee the development of an integrated calendar of Services marketing that is aligned with other marketing activity relating to fund-raising, campaigns and retail.

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Relevant experience of B2B and B2C marketing, including a track record of delivering work across the full channel mix

Relevant experience of using technical, market, consumer and audience insight as a basis for marketing campaigns

Experience of management, both of individuals and agency relationships

Highly collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge and lead by example in developing the skills of the team and wider organization
