Challenge Events Fundraising Manager

Harris Hill are working with a leading children's charity who is hoping to appoint an experienced Challenge Events Manager on permanent basis. Leading a team of 6 you will be reasonable for developing the third party events portfolio ensuring financial targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure maximum income is achieved from supporters and potential supporters through the delivery of fundraising strategies.

Be responsible for the team's budgetary performance

Support the analysis of fundraising opportunities in a range of identified markets
Lead, manage and develop a team of 6.

Essential criteria

Significant third party events management experience

Experience of contributing to a fundraising strategy

Highly developed leadership, management and team building skills

Ability to control and manage a budget, keeping within financial limits, monitoring and forecasting income and expenditure
