Fundraising Manager -Major Gifts & Special Events

I am working on behalf of a wonderful charity dedicated to creating a sustainable future for all. They are hoping to appoint a permanent full time Fundraising Manager at their head office in the heart of London. In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Development in order to deliver the charities fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage events and projects for fund development
Manage and support volunteers, fundraising teams and existing donors
Research and cultivate new major donors
Operational fund development activities such as donor reporting and management of their fund development database
Contribute to strategic planning and growth of the Charity

Essential Criteria:

Significant charity experience within a major gifts team
Excellent ability to design and manage events, donor stewardship and engagement
Experience of personally securing 4/5 figure gifts,
Experience with financial and written donor reporting
Impeccable ability to manage large budgets and handle conflicting deadlines
An exceptional ability to engage in a confident, persuasive manner
