Direct Marketing Officer

As a Direct Marketing Officer at a leading charity you will be helping to raise around £2million per year to help the organisation deliver a tangible change to people's lives.

Key responsibilities:
- To plan and implement direct marketing campaigns to agreed objectives and budgets using a variety of media channels.
- To help the team to deliver larger-scale campaigns as per agreed business plans.
- To work collaboratively across the Directorate and the rest of the organisation (including research and service delivery) to maximise Direct Marketing opportunities.
- To account manage Direct Marketing data and work with other teams to ensure that data is shared appropriately, as per agreed communication plans and supporter journeys

You will have the following skills and experience:
- Delivering successful acquisition, retention or conversion direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels
- Working with data, segmentation and campaign analysis
- Delivering excellent results within agreed budgets and on schedule
- Briefing and managing creative agencies, printers, mailing houses and other suppliers
