Head of Digital Engagement

Children's charity is looking to recruit a Head of Digital Engagement  to drive a step change in the way they use digital to deliver their services and engage audiences. The post holder will be responsible for developing a new digital strategy, overseeing the development of an exciting new product and work across the organisation to embed best practice and drive change.

You will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience of devising and implementing both short and long-term measurable strategic digital plans and strategy aligned to organisational objectives.
- A strong track record in generating engaging content across a range of digital channels and media.
- Extensive experience of developing and managing websites which meet organisational objectives.
- Planning multi-channel digital marketing campaigns using a range of techniques and measurement available to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Strong understanding of how to exploit technology and digital innovation to do things differently and encourage culture change.
- Leading the development of a large and engaged social media presence on behalf of an organisation; successfully protecting and enhancing brand and engagement.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social analytical tools and proven ability to turn numbers into insight.
- Strong line-management experience and experience of leading and developing a team.
