Salesforce CRM Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a experienced candidate to join a large established charity based in the wider London region. The charity has a great reach and can provide a great platform to build your career in the charity sector.
This is a brand new role being brought in to manage the day to day activities of the team of Salesforce Admins. Successful candidates should be experienced in interpreting user requirements and translating them into meaningful solutions using a root cause analysis approach. They would work very closely with other managers in the Insight & CRM team alongside our colleagues in IS and Salesforce service partner. As this role would be developing our existing team members experience of managing and developing a team would be sought after as well as Saleforce experience.
