Supporter Engagement Manager

A great opportunity for a supporter services specialist to join a large established childrens charity based in central London. The charity has recently re-structured and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to shape and grow in this newly created post.
 
The key responsibilities of the role include:
 
- Lead and manage the Supporter Engagement Team
- Deliver highly effective inbound and outbound comm's strategy
- Design and implement new systems & processes
- Develop engaging & personalised communications to Supporters
 
The key skills and experiences required for the role include:
 
- Previous line management experience
- Previous experience of managing outbound campaigns
- Experience of supporter stewardship and telemarketing
- Excellent communication skills is also required
