- Manage the Supporter Care Team
- Devise communications strategy
- Develop effective systems and processes
- Responsible for gift aid processes

The key skills required for the role include:

- Demonstrable experience of managing inbound customer services team
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Knowledge of call handling skills
- Experience of reconciliation and processing of monies
