HR Business Partner

I am working on behalf of a magnificent charity which aims to find practical solutions to social challenges. They are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a 4 month contract. In this role, you will contribute to the effective development and delivery of the HR strategy by contributing or leading to key HR development projects, creating a responsive HR advisory service to line managers and staff, and by ensuring the effective delivery of all day to day HR processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Providing pro active and responsive coaching, advice and guidance to staff and managers on a range of HR issues
Updating and rewriting policy documents
Working with line managers to devise appropriate resourcing strategies in line with the recruitment and talent management strategy
Implementing the corporate training programme
Conducting research, draft reports and collate statistics for the HR Manager, EMT, Board of Trustees and other committees

 
Essential Criteria:
Previous HR Business Partnering skills
Ideally experience in the Charity Sector
Immediate availability
Experience in effectively advising and coaching line managers
