HR business partner

I'm working with a wonderful disability charity in aim of placing their new HR Business Partner on a 12 month FTC. As the HRBP, you will be working directly with the Charity's Management team in order to improve the organisation's People Management system and organisational change. Ownership of a car and willingness to travel to their various offices throughout England is also mandatory.
Main duties:
Address high volumes of casework (performance, absence management, etc.)
Support the recruitment and selection process
Contribute to the improvement of people management across the organisation
Coach line managers
Participate in or lead HR projects
Work closely with the HR team to ensure full integration and alignment of all HR practices
Ensure that information of progress is consistently gathered, evaluated and used to improve organisational performance

Essential criteria:
CIPD qualified or equivalent
Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and HR policies
Strong background in employee relations
Led or been strongly involved in change management
Experience in coaching line managers
Able to regularly travel to the Charity's services across the country
Experience in Charity, health, or education sector is also desirable
