HR Advisor

I am currently working with a wonderful Charity of the Arts who are looking to hire a HR Advisor on a Temporary basis. It is a generalist role where you will be reporting directly to the HR Manager. Please note that this role is an immediate start.
Main duties:
Advise staff and coach line managers on HR policies and procedures
Oversee the recruitment process as coordinated by the HR Assistant
Lead on developing in-house training programmes
Oversee monthly payroll changes
Provide KPI reports for the HR Manager and Executive team
Assist the HR Assistant with any administrative needs of the organisation

Key requirements:
Member of the CIPD or the equivalent experience
Experience in advising, partnering and coaching line managers on ER matters
Good recruitment skills
Commitment to the organisation's charitable mission
Experience in the not-for-profit sector or a SME sized organisation is desired but not necessary
