Mentoring Scheme launched in London

Harris Hill are proud to sponsor the Institute of Fundraising's London Region Mentoring Scheme 2012 - 2013 - an innovative new venture providing the opportunity for personal and professional development. Fundraisers in London have been offered the chance to benefit from a one-to-one mentoring relationship as part of the IoF's commitment to meeting the career-long learning needs of fundraisers.
The scheme follows a successful pilot run by the IoF London Regional Group in 2011, which supported mentees over a 12 month period and included training, a rigorous matching process and continuous support for mentors.
If you're interested in becomming either a mentee or a mentor, the training and matching days are taking place in May 2012, and you can find out more by visiting the London Mentoring Scheme webpage.
Annual Charity Quiz a Roaring Success!

Thank you to everyone who attended the annual Harris Hill sponsored Charity Quiz on 23 February. It was a great success with a good time had by all!
The Clic Sargent team were triumphant, beating last year's winners Leonard Cheshire, who secured second place this year after a riveting tie-breaker question.
You may notice our CEO Aled doubling his role by presenting the winning trophy and simultaneously trying to get a last minute transfer into the winning team...
In the sub-Harris Hill tournament: Heather's Angels comfortably beat Aled's Angels - with the writing on the proverbial wall from very early in the evening...better luck next year Aled's Angels!
