  • Initial telephone interviews will be carried out with potential candidates.
  • Face-to-face interviews will be arranged with newly registered candidates.
  • A final shortlist of suitable candidates will be prepared for your consideration.

The selection process will involve us:

  • Submitting a shortlist of candidates for your consideration within the agreed timescale.
  • Arranging interviews between you and your preferred candidates.
  • Fully briefing shortlisted candidates on the interview process and providing them with detailed interview information.
  • Managing the feedback process and the offer.
  • Providing you with detailed information to enable you to request references and generate the offer letter.
  • Checking the candidate's arrival on the agreed start date.
