TEMPORARY RECRUITMENT APPROACH

When we receive your temporary or short term contract requirement:

  • You will speak to your consultant who will seek to gain a thorough understanding of the role and the person specification. This can be done via telephone or a face-to-face meeting, depending on your requirements.
  • We will agree a clear recruitment timeframe with you.
  • Pay and charge rates will be discussed and agreed.

To find you the right candidate:

  • We will conduct a thorough search of our candidate database, seeking candidates with the skills and experience and availability you require.
  • Key to our temporary selection process is the availability of our temporary workforce. We communicate with our temporary staff via telephone, email and text messaging. We encourage our temporary staff to update us as to their availability. Our database allows us to record all non availability for temporary staff, holidays, other bookings etc.
  • All candidates on the database have key skills allocated which indicate the areas of work they are experienced in and the work area they are seeking. These are used for the first stage of a shortlist.
  • Candidates are then contacted to discuss the role. Only those who have been spoken to and are interested in the position are put forward to our clients. Candidates are assessed as suitable for a role based on their competencies, skills and experience.
  • We check references on all temporary candidates.
  • A shortlist of suitable candidates will be prepared for your consideration as per the agreed timescales.
  • Once candidates have been submitted to a temporary booking we communicate with them, via telephone, email or text messaging to update on the process.

Your temporary booking:

  • Once your temporary worker has been selected, via interview or CV selection, we manage all the reference, payroll and administration process.
  • We will ensure that the candidate has full details of the booking, the location and your specific requirements.
  • We will check the candidate's arrival on the agreed start date.
  • We communicate with you on your temporary workers work performance and after 4 hours of work and weekly ongoing.
  • We provide a prompt and accurate weekly invoicing process for temporary staffing.
  • Once a temporary booking is complete we request a staff assessment form to be completed to enable us to monitor the service you receive.
