YOUR CONSULTANTS

Our 27 consultants are each assigned to one of three divisions: executive, permanent and temporary. This means that you will be working with recruitment specialists who will understand your precise needs.

We are committed to the continued professional development of our staff, which is why we provide them with ongoing internal and external training that is specifically designed to enhance and develop their knowledge of the charity recruitment sector and its related practices. These skills will allow them to quickly identify your requirements and - depending on whether you are a client or a candidate - offer advice at the interview stage on how to refine your ideal candidate profile or, conversely, isolate important training/coaching requirements that could help you find the right job.

You will work with one dedicated consultant who will have considerable recruitment knowledge and experience of working in the charity sector with a minimum of two years experience of working with Harris Hill. Although our teams are divided into specialised units, they work closely together by sharing key industry knowledge and research to get you the right result.
