Candidate Services - StandardsExpected Standards of our Temporary WorkersAs a Harris Hill temporary we will require you to conduct yourself in a polite, professional and willing manner at all times. It is essential that you adhere to the rules and regulations of the organisation for which you are working for, apply discretion and maintain confidentiality no matter what the circumstances may be. Punctuality and reliability are an absolute must. If you are delayed in getting to your booking it is essential that you contact a member of the Harris Hill temporary team to inform them of your situation, as this will allow them to manage the client’s expectations on your behalf. Under no circumstances should you make personal telephone calls, use your mobile phone or use the internet for personal use whilst on the client’s premises. To enable Harris Hill to pay you on time, you must send your timesheet to us before 10.30 am on the Monday following the week you have worked. If you experience a difficulty or problem whilst in your booking please make sure you contact a member of the Harris Hill team who will be more than happy to try and assist you. Back
