What we require of our Temporary Workers.

Harris Hill prides itself on the quality, professionalism and reliability of its temporary workforce.

We will only provide temporary work to candidates who meet our stringent selection procedure and to those who meet the high standard we strive to achieve.

To become a Harris Hill temporary worker there are number of processes we undertake before offering you temporary work:-

You will be asked to attend an interview with one of our temporary account executives at our Kingston upon Thames office. The purpose of this interview will be to identify your skills, experience, attitude, flexibility and reliability. It will provide you with the forum to discuss your requirements, aspirations and consider your career direction.

You will be asked to bring to the interview your passport/ID card to validate your eligibility to work in the UK.

You must provide full details of referees covering the last five consecutive years.

You will be asked to complete an equal opportunities form and a medical questionnaire.

If relevant to the work you are requiring, you will also be asked to complete various tests to identify the level of skill you have achieved.
