Client Services - Interviewing

All candidates will be thoroughly interviewed by a trained Account Manager or Candidate Resourcer, in one of our five private interview rooms, prior to submission to a client (unless otherwise stated). Where appropriate candidates will be tested on our Qwiz Testing System covering all Microsoft programmes, as well as typing speed, data-entry skills, grammar etc.

Harris Hill also follows a strict equal opportunities monitoring procedure as well as gaining information on health, criminal records and verifying the candidates eligibility to work in the UK.
