Client Services - Submitting CandidatesWhen taking vacancy details the Account Manager will outline when CV's will be submitted to the client. Only candidates matching the criteria outlined are submitted in a format suiting the client, i.e. e-mail, fax, post, or in person. Profiles and test results (if relevant) are submitted along with CV's and followed up by the Account Manager. With an effective organisation around them, Account Managers are in a position to focus on their client responsibilities and uphold Company policy by ensuring that: - Only candidates who have given their consent and are relevant to the clients needs are submitted.
- All candidates are of consistently high calibre.
- Client queries are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Administration is efficient and unobtrusive.
- Future needs are anticipated and planned for.
