Executive Services - Executive Search

For each Executive Search assignment a unique process is constructed, but typically we would undertake the following:

  • Visit each client and review organisational implications as part of the briefing process. Develop the brief with the client as appropriate
  • Understanding the requirements of each charity job
  • Submit a proposal for approval detailing the requirement and how it will be met. This includes the commercial terms on which the assignment will run, media options, if necessary and the timescales of the exercise
  • Agree electronic response handling systems, including dedicated e-mail and web addresses
  • On acceptance of the proposal we prepare an assignment brief for issue to the candidate. This will give information on the organisation and the appointment, together with a candidate specification and an outline of the remuneration package
  • Interview appropriate candidates and liaise with them throughout the recruitment process
  • Prepare candidate profiles for each short listed candidate meeting the agreed criteria. Present shortlist and make agreement for formal interviews
  • Facilitate the client's internal selection process with preferred candidates
  • Liaise with the successful candidate during final negotiations and maintain communication to date of joining
  • Review each assignment on completion with the client at a face-to-face debriefing meeting.
