It provides valuable information on people's preferred behaviour on 32 relevant characteristics. The questionnaire invites individuals to identify which work-related statements are most and least descriptive of them. This information is then used to generate output reports: - Candidate ReportA brief narrative report that provides an overview interpretation of the responses to the questionnaire. OPQ Development action PlannerBased on the responses to the questionnaire, this report considers which management competencies are likely to be a strength or area for development. The report: - Summarises the key management competency areas.
