We work with a huge variety of charities and not-for-profit organisations, from some of the best-known major international charities to smaller, local and start-up organisations throughout the third sector.
We understand that each function within a charity - be it fundraising, marketing, data management or many others - is a specialised field with its own challenges and requirements, and jobs within these teams will typically require a level of specialised experience within the relevant field.
That's why we have three specific divisions within our permanent team which allow us to focus on our clients' and candidates' requirements more closely. These are:
FUNDRAISING - jobs include corporate or community fundraising, volunteer management, major donor or trust fundraising (including statutory and grants), challenge events, special events or any broader fundraising role. Our five-strong fundraising team focuses on roles at all levels within these fields, from fundraising assistants and officers up to Heads of Fundraising.
PR, MARKETING & DIGITAL - jobs include roles at all levels within marketing, communications, press and PR, digital, direct marketing, individual giving, policy and campaigns, from digital marketing assistants to Head of Marketing & Communications and all roles within charities' marketing and digital teams.
DATA MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS SUPPORT - jobs include roles at all levels within data management and analysis, business operations, administrative and PA/secretarial positions. These roles focus on managing and maximising the benefit from charities' data, and maintaining efficient support systems in increasingly complex organisations.
TEMPORARY AND INTERIM ROLES
If you're looking for a temporary, interim or short-term contract position, our temporary team will be ideally placed to help. We work across all of the above roles and functions, with charities and not-for-profit organisations throughout the third sector.
Roles can range in length from a few days to a six-month contract, and can often arise at fairly short notice, meaning that clients are often looking for people with the availability to start in the job quickly.
