Harry Marven

Consultant - Policy, Public Affairs, Advocacy and Campaigns

Harry has been working at Harris Hill for over two years and is our specialist for all things related to Policy, External Affairs, Advocacy and Campaigns, recruiting both domestically and internationally.

He graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in French and German and has previously lived and worked in France and Germany. Having previously worked in social media and youth engagement for a national human rights charity, he now works to add value to social action, campaigning and third-sector influencing.

A self-confessed politics nerd, Harry is particularly interested in how real change happens; whether that’s through cross-sector, hand-in-hand partnership working, public mobilisation, political influencing or otherwise. Some of his favourite campaigns of the past two years include School Strike for Climate and the US-based March for Our Lives.

Harry’s an entrepreneurially-minded lover of animals and environmental sustainability, and is always on the lookout for recommendations for his reading list.
