Lucy graduated from Oxford University in 2021 and joined Harris Hill in the summer of 2022, deciding to move into third sector recruitment after spending time working in an educational charity during her year out.

Initially supporting the team as an Associate Consultant focused on building relationships with candidates, Lucy has quickly grown into the Consultant role, placing candidates successfully across the UK with organisations such as Myeloma UK, Dulwich College and the Borne Foundation.
