Shweta Prabhakar

Principal Consultant - Business Support

Shweta joined Harris Hill in 2016 as a resourcing consultant for the business support team, after graduating from the University of Bedfordshire with a degree in Human Resources. Becoming a consultant less than 6 months later, her exceptional and consistent success has seen her rapid ascent continue, now as our Principal Consultant for business support.

She is focusing on developing and recruiting for the Data, IT, Supporter services and Administration desk at all levels. Shweta has taken the lead in delivering a wide wealth of knowledge and expertise in understanding the needs of clients and candidates.

'I have been working with Shweta for over three years now, since commencing my work at SPANA. During this time I have always found her to be helpful and supportive of our needs as a charity, understanding the type of staff we are trying to recruit and where best to locate them.

One of the problems I have often had when working with recruitment agencies, in any of the sectors in which I have worked (public, private and third) is the need to speak to many different people each time, never knowing who best to contact. With Shweta I have never had this issue as she has taken direct contact with me throughout always of course advising if there is someone better suited at HarrisHill to deal with my request but remaining involved in the interactions so if I need her she is there.

During my time at SPANA Shweta has been consistently successful at placing good candidates into a variety of roles.'

'Shweta is engaging, polite and was always pleased to hear from me. She was consistently supportive throughout several long periods of unemployment and arduous job searches. I always felt like she was in my corner and never doubted her belief in me as a candidate. This proved vital to me sustaining my own self-belief long enough to finally secure the type of role I wanted'.
