Job Title: Academy Business Development Manager
Salary : £45,000 - £60,000

This is a unique opportunity to play an important role in charity's plans to expand our social impact. The charity's social purpose is to give London's children the best start in life through the highest quality Early Years education, especially those who otherwise may not be able to access or afford it. To achieve this mission, we have developed a repeatable model that enables us to operate 39 high quality nurseries throughout London.

The Academy Business Development Manager will be responsible for designing, establishing, and commercialising this external offering. The Academy Business Development Manager would report directly to the Director of Strategy & Business Development, and will also work closely with the CEO, Head of Pedagogy, and members of the L&D team.

Person specification
- Experience of building a training company / unit
- Experience operating within the training and development sector
- Experience establishing and scaling new training and development business / product offering
- Thorough understanding of early years sector and learning practices
- Awareness of L&D trends/needs of internal and external contexts
- Ability to manage complex projects spanning people, culture and organisational change
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders in the business and external stakeholders
- Ability to take high-level thinking to shape and plan projects that will drive maximum value and social benefit
- Experience recruiting, leading and inspiring a team of high performers
