Job description

I am currently looking for a meticulously organised and has strong Administrator for a charity membership organisation. Your role will be to assist the friendly customer team ensuring that the administration is kept up to date. This exciting and varied role has a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service. It is essential you have great attention to detail to ensure the tasks are carried out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining shared email inboxes and responding to customer queries
Answering calls from customers and administering their accounts on the CRM system
Administering event bookings for customers using the CRM system
Inputting data from feedback surveys
Marking event attendance on the CRM system
Compiling badges and event collateral
