Chief Executive Officer

Job description

LWPHomes is looking for a commercially-minded but values-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this Christian care home charity through a period of strategic growth and development. This is a great opportunity to take on a senior leadership position on a part-time, remote-working basis, with ultimate responsibility for ensuring our residents live their older years in high-quality accommodation within a caring, Christian community.

Across five sites in Essex, Somerset & Lincolnshire, LWPHomes provides care homes and supported living with the aim of delivering excellent quality of life, good value for money, Christian family values (with daily prayers and regular celebrations of Holy Communion in our homes) and a secure environment for residents.

The charity benefits from a professional, expert and highly committed team who ensure that all of our homes and supported living flats are well-run, joyful communities. We are in a strong financial position, and under the leadership of our next CEO, we are looking to open new homes and new flats.
