Creative Lead at Comms Agency

Are you a Creative Lead, constantly coming up with ideas that you just want to explore and share? Do you want to join a social impact Communications Agency in an integral role in the London team?

Do you love guiding others to develop their own ideas?  Do you want the opportunity to grow and lead an existing team of passionate creatives?

On behalf of this fantastic organisation, we’re looking for a passionate storyteller and a creative visionary to come and shake up their Creative team. You will have no problem with exuding creativity through the agency, both internally through culture and externally through projects. You will be a vital part in evolving a fast-growing young and thirsty agency. They’re looking for candidates who can bring a calm presence to their Creative team.  You will work collaboratively across the agency and balance scrutinising creative outputs and working with team members in a supportive way to allow them to evolve naturally. 

Day to day:

  • Mentoring: You will act as a mentor to a select few team members within the Creative team, nurturing them to become the best version of themselves by guiding them through their work and goal setting. You will act as a soundboard or a ‘creative buddy’ to enhance the quality of their work.
  • Creative ideation & storytelling: Develop both autonomously and collaboratively creative narratives and initial moodboards for a variety of different partners. This involves being outcomes driven and empathetic with how to tell a story. 
  • Strategic mindset: You will understand the needs of our partners, what they’re trying to achieve and their audiences. You will be comfortable at pushing the boundaries of creativity and developing ideas that will resonate with a variety of audiences.
  • Pitching creativity: You will feel comfortable pitching both your ideas and those of the team to new or existing partners (we call clients partners).
  • Disrupting
  • Understanding capacity
  • Representing the brand

Your previous experience:

  • Collaboration: Working collaboratively in a team, as well as independently, and willing to roll up your sleeves during short intensive sprints.  
  • Creative storyteller: Your 3-4+ years of experience of creating campaigns speak for themselves, from ideation through to launch, you understand what resonates with an audience.

Location- London, minimum twice a week. 3 days flexible.

Base salary between £35,000 - £45,000 plus discretionary personal & company bonus
