Harris Hill is delighted to be assisting one of the most prestigious cultural-heritage organisations in the world in the search for a new Development Officer. 

This role will sit within the Communications and Business Development branch who are responsible for securing philanthropic gifts in support of the organisation's charitable activities. 

You will help the organisation meet its charitable objectives by proactively identifying potential supporters in support of the priorities set out in their Five-Year Plan. Working to agreed targets, you will support on events and fundraising. 

You will act as an ambassador for the organisation, representing them to philanthropic bodies and individuals around the world. You will help them develop their supporter network and ensure all development material is to the highest of standards. 

They are looking for an individual who has a genuine passion for the arts, is dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic. You will have a strong understanding and proven experience of fundraising, specifically from grant giving trusts, corporate bodies and individual donors. 

The role is full time, permanent based in Central London and offering a salary of 28,000 - 32,000 per annum.
